I have a 90th birthday lunch to attend in a couple of weeks and the card below is what I came up with. As soon as I saw the patterned paper with the roses, I knew that it was an ideal pattern to use for this card. I've been quite taken with some of the shabby chic cards that I have seen while surfing the net. I'm very proud of this card as it is my own idea, I did not copy any card to come with the design I have used. As my confidence grows, my originality is starting to show itself.
