Wedding Card - Shannon & Kate

My nephew is getting married and this is the wedding card that I made for him and his partner Kate.  I used the new Kaisercraft collection Rose Avenue with a few bits and bobs from my stash.

Scrapbook LO - Beautiful

Hello fellow crafters. A month ago I made this layout of my mum (I can't believe it's been a month). Anyhoo, I had fun making this layout using the new (to me) Kaisercraft High Tea collection plus a few other bits and bobs.  The LO was inspired by Gabrielle Pollaco Memories Layout shown on YouTube.

WIP 2017 September Scrap Challenge

In August I decided to the buy the Wrapped In Paper (WIP) September 2017 Scrapbook Challenge kit.  The kit is designed to make a page layout.  The completed layout goes on display in WIP and patrons of the store can vote on what scrapbook layout appeals to them.  The main condition with the kit challenge is that you must use a little bit of everything in the kit.  You can incorporate product from your own stash if you want, which I did.

Here is a photo of the kit contains.  It contained two cardstock and two pattern papers plus a few embellishments.

Here is a photo of the layout I made from the kit products. I also incorporated using a stencil with some resin sand texture paste, I used my spray mist to make splatters, added a couple of doillies and to finish it off a flower stem.

Edit: 8th Oct 17 - I called in to WIP on Saturday 7th October and Gail (WIP owner) advised me that I had won the September scrapbook challenge.  This means that my LO will be displayed in the shop for the month of October and when I go to collect the LO I will be given a prize.

Thanks for stopping buy and checking out the layout I made.

FMAK #01/2017 - Celebration - Kit Contents

Hi Fellow crafters. Today I am sharing with you the kit contents of my first home made kit for 2017.  I am naming this kit celebration due to the vibrant colours included.

This photo shows the 12"x12" Kaisercraft patter paper from the Fiesta collection that I used to base my kit on.  This pattern paper had numerous colours that I could use to make a kit full of different colours giving me quite a diverse range of product that would allow for many types of photos to be scrapped.

This next photo shows my craft table set up with the kit contents close at hand.  Having the product laid out how I have and using a number of containers that help show case the colours of the product helps me to be motivated to create.

The next set of photos shows the different products that I have used to make up this kit.  I have used my "putting the kit together" process to select the products that I want to use, love to use and always give my pages the look and feel that I like.

12"x12" Kaisercraft Finders Keepers collection
